  Hi my name is Rene I’m the owner of bossuphair.com I’m having trouble with my website. It’s not coming up and I’m trying to have a Black Friday sale and cyber Monday sale as well.. please help me with this

  Are your payments to GoDaddy up to date? I’d reach out to them as that is where your site was hosted.

  Yes my payment is current and go daddy is my hosted I contact them and they told me to contact you all..

  Hi, we here at WordPress.com are essentially a host, similar to GoDaddy. Is it possible that GoDaddy were suggesting that you try asking the community of people who use WordPress as a software? If so, then the place to do that is at this link:

  We’re specifically able to help with sites that we host, but not sites hosted with other companies, that use the WordPress software (which originates from WordPress.org) – the community forums linked above are usually a better place for help with WordPress used with GoDaddy and other similar hosts. The WordPress software is free and open-source, meaning that it doesn’t have a “customer service” as such, just a community of fellow site owners who use it.
