Website not working

    Our website is currently not loading on any browser, giving a ‘this site cannot be reached’ error message. I have run a troubleshoot and it has informed that the ‘website is online but not responding to connection attempts’. How can I fix this?

    Correct account: Yes

    Hello there,

    This site is not hosted with us on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress software at another hosting provider. This is a bit different to a site hosted on WordPress.com. You can read about these differences here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

    It means we’re unable to help with this site.

    I can see the site ok – so you may want to check if all is well with the internet connection.
