Website not working

I asume my website been stolen. I’m not able to change my password. I opened a ticket here few days ago but didn’t got answer. Now the url is not even working. Any help please?

Thanks for getting in touch. I took a look. Here’s what I can see :
– domain is registered through Ionos
– domain is hosted through .ui-dns.com
There doesn’t seem to be any connection to our hosting service here at WordPress.com. You may have been set up on an open source WordPress installation before. Help with that comes from the volunteer network on https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ -

Yes , I use Ionos for Web hosting. My website is live nearly a year ago. Never had log in issues till now. I can’t log in to my site dashboard. Wrong password. I didn’t changed and newer shared with anybody. I tried to restart my password but it dosent let me do it. The website was live but I didn’t had acces for it. Now the website is not working at all.

You did get the answer as above. Note that here at WordPress.com and IONOS are different places. Perhaps you access them with different passwords?

Hi.
Yes I use different login details to log in to Ionos. To log in to WordPress I have different user and password. I’m able to log in to WordPress but I’m not able to log in to my website dashboard to modify my website. (www.lcdking.co.uk/wp-admin)

Just to update , I managed to sort the issue. Spoke with Ionos, and they managed to restore my site and restart the password. They said it was a plugin, what was seted to write, not just read (no idea 😅), but it’s sorted now.
