website not working

  “My triplanvoyage.com website is completely inaccessible – it shows the error ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED. I can’t access either the website or wp-admin. The problem appeared suddenly and the website won’t load at all.”
  Aroud week ago everything was fine. I don’t remember doing anything that could have caused such a problem.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I took a deeper look at triplanvoyage.com and noticed two important things:

  1. Hosting: The site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but with a third-party provider.
  2. The Issue: The site is currently down because the domain has been suspended.

  The error message explicitly states: “This domain has been suspended due to non-completion of an ICANN-mandated contact verification.”

  It means that when you registered the domain, you were sent an email to verify your contact details. Since this link wasn’t clicked within 15 days, the domain was deactivated by regulations.

  I think you need to log in to your Domain Registrar (where you bought the domain) or contact their support team immediately (you can take a look here https://wordpress.com/site-profiler/http://triplanvoyage.com). Ask them to resend the ICANN verification email to you.
