Website not working!!!

Hi,
When I type my website address http://www.artrageousbyrachel.com it says ‘Error establishing a database connection’. I have paid for my domain renewal so it must be something to do with my WordPress account. I haven’t logged in to admin for a few months as I’ve been having some personal issues but I wasn’t aware the website wasn’t up and running – that explains why I’ve been quiet with orders. I need to get it up and running ASAP.
This is NOT the account I’m talking about but I can’t login to my other account – it isn’t recognising my username or password (i.e., the blog URL below is wrong, but it’s all I could select for this question). The thisisartrageous web address was just my blog before I started selling products through e-commerce. The account is artrageousbyrachel. Web address:

The Error Establishing a Database Connection error message is a wordPress.ORG error message. You are posting to the wrong support forum. That site is not hosted here and we cannot help you.
We provide support only for wordpress.COM hosted sites. Our support docs do not apply to
(1) local installs of wordpress.ORG software on your own server or
(2) wordpress.ORG software installs on paid hosting, and we do not provide support for them at wordpress.COM.Also, note that we do not provide Jetpack support https://jetpack.me/support/ for sites linked to wordpress.COM accounts with the Jetpack plugin so they display on the My Sites wordpress.com account page.

WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. As you are referring to a site that is not hosted here, if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.

If I go onto WordPress.org help forum do you think that will help me? Sorry, I’m a bit of a novice in terms of the back end of website building. I renewed my domain name in July this year and it was fine, it’s only stopped working recently!
