Website Not Working

  Hi,
  For about a week my website has not been working.
  All that happens when trying to view it is a white page.
  When I log into WordPress to edit the site none of the pages or posts load. When I go to the plugins it says “error fetching plugins”
  When I go to settings it says “Error fetching settings. Make sure your Jetpack is up to date” but when I click to update it it goes to the white page of my website.
  I seem to be unable to fix it from my side, or is there some workaround way for me to get Jetpack updated? Not sure if it needs updating in the first place.

  That site is not on our WordPress.COM servers. You are posting to the wrong support forum.

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.   This is wordpress.COM support. We provide support only for wordpress.COM hosted sites. Our support docs do not apply to
  (1) local installs of wordpress.ORG software on your own server or
  (2) wordpress.ORG software installs on paid hosting, and we do not provide support for them at wordpress.COM.
  (3) sites linked to wordpress.COM accounts with the Jetpack plugin so they display on the My Sites wordpress.com account page.
