Website not working

    Hi,
    I am unable to access my website or the admin side of it. It is telling me that “Plugin and Theme Status is unabailable due to sire customisations”.
    I need a solution to this ASAP please as it means my business is suffering.
    PLEASE advise how to fix this.

    It looks as though the website that you require assistance with is a self-hosted WordPress.org site rather than WordPress.com.
