website not working

Hi there,
I’m receiving this error message on my site [ http://www.freelancersofdesign.com], after trying to update my theme
Warning: require(/var/sites/f/freelancersofdesign.com/public_html/wp-content/themes/calafate/inc/aq_resize.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /var/sites/f/freelancersofdesign.com/public_html/wp-content/themes/calafate/functions.php on line 226
Fatal error: require(): Failed opening required ‘/var/sites/f/freelancersofdesign.com/public_html/wp-content/themes/calafate/inc/aq_resize.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/local/php-5.6.37-flock/lib/php’) in /var/sites/f/freelancersofdesign.com/public_html/wp-content/themes/calafate/functions.php on line 226
I now can not even log into my wordpress, at this point I accept I’ve lost my website, but I still want to access my dashboard so I can reinstall a theme.
Can you help at all?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
Your site is using WordPress software from WordPress.org hosted on tsoHost.co.uk .
This forum is dedicated to users who are hosting their sites on WordPress.com so it is not a best place to get help for your site.Forum for self-hosted WordPress sites is available here: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
Since this error is caused by theme you should also try contacting theme author.
For quick fix, you can try accessing your site with FTP and rename the theme folder (for example, change Calaphate to Calaphate_b). That should make WordPress load the default theme (Twenty seventeen, for example) and you will be able to access your dashboard again.
Best of luck!
