Website not working after the WordPress 5.9.2 update

    I had made a paid website using Hostinger and WordPress a month ago. However, ever since I was notified of the automatic update, my website is virtually lost, I am not even able to load the page for wp-admin. It just says ‘This site can’t be reached’ because it took too long to respond. This is an academic magazine and it is imperative for it to be fully functioning since we are also releasing our new issue on it. Please help at the earliest. Looking forward to your response.

    Hi there,
    This is WordPress forum and It sounds like your website is using the open source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) which is hosted elsewhere rather than WordPress.com. Which means, WordPress.com staff are limited to access the file hosted elsewhere. Please know more here about the differences https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/

    However, for general discussion about open source software, you can  find community advice here https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ where you’ll find more experts who are using the same software as you to provide help.

    It seems that this academic magazine site you’re talking about is different than the site attached to your WordPress.com account.

    Can you give an URL?

    Please keep in mind, these forums here at WordPress.COM are for WordPress websites hosted and managed at WordPress.COM

    If the site you’re talking about is hosted at Hostinger as you indicated, then the support does not belong here.
