website not working, at all
-
My website http://www.pawventures.com is completely down, it seems never existed. I cannot access the admin nor configuration.
WordPress is my host, but there is no support I can contact for help.
I am no expert in this area, so I can use a hand!
Thanks,
Opai.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

http://pawventures.wordpress.com/ is your blog. Try that. Did your domain mapping expire?
-
A whois shows you did not renew the domain – need to do that then probably renew the mapping

did you bother to read the help from staff-blorbo just above your question? Seems you really don’t know what web site you really have – or do you have a second account with the .com in it?

word press sucks…..not at all for a business professional…no customer service and godaddy that hosts our development WordPress is also without an explanation how we have 2 sites on the same url pointing to their promo page and we are locked out of the admin panel to access the site we put 80 hours into launching and can’t even see anything other than another great site from WordPress…doesn’t recognize our user names, even though we can see them when FTP’ing the site

Excuse me but this is the WordPress.com support forum for free hosted WordPress.com blogs only. There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.COM blogs. There is FTP access to WordPress.org installs. If you are referring to a self hosted WordPress.org install you are posting to the wrong support forum and ought to be posting here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
WordPress.com vs WordPress.org:The Differences -
@bobandzac, given that nearly 15% of all the websites on the web are using wordpress, I would say you are wrong about it not being for business professionals. Literally tens of thousands of businesses use it and that number grows everyday.
You have some problems. Hire a consultant to straighten them out for you. If you are not experience with setting up, running and maintaining websites, perhaps look into a fully managed solution. Some web hosts now offer that service. Fully managed hosting can get costly and mostly depends on the level of support, but it is an option.
-
Also, the bulk of your issues are with godaddy. You need to beat them up over this. Just keep pounding on them.
-
@bobandzac – if you are not happy with the WordPress.ORG software why don’t you just ask for a refund?
