Website NOT working at all.
-
I have no clue what happened, but I get this error when trying to access my website: ‘Fatal error: Call to a member function add_query_var() on a non-object in /home/content/61/12968461/html/wp-includes/taxonomy.php on line 407’
Please advise.

Hi there!
It could be a plugin or theme issue. If you recently installed a new one, you can try deleting it from your site using your FTP client.
Since that site isn’t hosted here at WordPress.com, you would need to contact your host. They should be able to assist further :)

My WordPress site (my admin portal) is completely empty and indicates that I have zero sites created. In other words, under “My Sites” it’s completely empty. Therefore, I cannot even access plugins or anything because it’s telling me that I have zero sites to access or modify.

chrisrudzk,
I called GoDaddy tech support and they indicated that the “Fatal error” I listed in my original post above is a WordPress issue, not a hosting issue. Again, when I log into my account, it indicates that I have zero websites listed, therefore I cannot change, modify, access, or view anything — because literally nothing is there. Can someone PLEASE help me figure out what’s going on??? I’m confused because the “fatal error” is obviously being produced because of whatever error on line 407 of code, but what code??? Your help would be greatly appreciated, especially since my site is completely down and it’s bad for business. Thank you.

We can only assist with sites hosted here at WordPress.com. Your site uses WordPress, but it’s not hosted here I’m afraid.
If your host won’t assist, check out the .org forums here — I think you’ll find them super helpful :)
