Website Not Working/Completely Down!!!

Hi, I’ve had my website that was set up with WordPress since 2012 at http://www.michaelbchait.com and after updating several plugins/themes 2 or 3 days ago, my site does not display at all when going to the web address, it’s just a blank white screen, as is my login page, and I can’t seem to find any solution in any of the control panels/dashboard etc. I need my site working for my business and would like to get it back online ASAP, hoping to hear back from you today!!!

I’m sorry you’re having trouble but that particular site is over there at GoDaddy, not hosted here at WordPress.com. You’ll need to register an account and ask for advice at the correct support forum:

I do have an account on WordPress, the hosting is at GoDaddy but the site itself was built/exists on WordPress. I just chatted with GoDaddy and they checked their hosting/everything on their end, said it was working properly and the problem is on the WordPress side 😞 I have a feeling that when I updated some of the plugins, something became incompatible, but I’m not sure what to do as both the site and login page have vanished.

If it helps, I’m getting “HTTP Error 500” in Google Chrome when trying the site address.

This is the support forum for free sites hosted at WordPress.com. Here we can’t add any plugins to our sites unless we upgrade to the most expensive plans. You won’t get much help here so I suggest you look at my original post more closely.
