Website not working/error message

    Hi there, I have been using WordPress for over a year to host my website http://www.snowstormsweets.com. Recently, my elementor pro subscription lapsed and last week I signed up with them again. My instructions to install my new Elementor package say I need to go to my WordPress and install it to my plugins. However, my plug ins, pages, and all of the tabs are not working at all and I just get an error message. I’m fully unable to edit my site and every tab doesn’t work, I can’t install elementor due to this or see anything I’ve ever done. My website is still live and working but due to this issue I’m unable to edit anything at all. Did my package with you expire as well? Let me know how I can fix this, thank you!

    Hey there @snowstormsweets , I actually don’t see a history of you having hosted the site here with us, though we’d love to have you here!

    I can’t see the errors, but you might try searching for the error at WordPress.org. Or, can you contact your host for help with this guide to troubleshooting common WordPress errors? This general troubleshooting guide may help too.
