Website not working please help

    I got charged a $15 fee which I wasn’t aware of until I checked my site and it was down today. I immediately paid and should be all set but the site isn’t yet active. Can you help?

  • Hi @danielleandstefanie, I noticed you had a recent charge for $99. You claimed this was fraudulent, so your bank started an investigation and charged a fee.

    You just paid the $15 fee, but the $99 upgrade is still in chargeback status.

    You might still be able to call the bank and cancel the dispute. If you do that, let us know; we’ll have our payments team take a look and iron everything out for you.

    Or, you can re-purchase the upgrade so we can help you get the site up and going again. What would you like to do?

  • Oh, I noticed as well, our team has sent out some invoices to help you get things restored, but those are not paid.

  • I’ll go ahead and re-send the latest invoice so you can pay that.

    Also, I noticed this invoice contains a separate chargeback fee. I’m not sure whether that one’s covered by the $15 you paid today or not, so I’m checking in with the payments team to confirm. We’ll refund the $15 if it’s already covered by the one you paid today.
