    Yes, you’re correct. Furthermore, your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, and we only provide support for sites hosted on WordPress.com.

    💡 However, given that you’re using the Jetpack Complete subscription, you will be able to restore your site to some previous backups in case your content was damaged during the event:

    ⚠️ In case you lost access to your site, I suggest reaching out to your hosting provider (GoDaddy), as they will be able to help to restore access to your site.
