WEBSITE not working www.porpoise.com

  We have issues with our site http://www.porpoise.com not loading at all – the back-end which is http://www.porpoise.com/wp-login is not working as well, its been 4 hours its down and we need support ASAP, I had to create a new account to contact the support since our login email is no longer working / can’t log in –
