website novice needs page 1 help PLEASE

  hi im very new to this .i already have a site but unfortunately i cannot ammend it myself, so i want to be able to literally copy what i already have , but have the option to drag and drop my video content as and when it needs updating. i am a cameraman and need to show a selection of my commercials/pop promos and showreel etc. i want a static opening page with tital and still image with click links to the other pages. ( promos/ commercial/stills etc ) where the videos can then be selected and played high res.
  PLEASE HELP !!! i dont know the wbsite building software and despite trying to follow your guides found it very hard to acheive even the static home page.
