I am a member of the Lincoln County Historical Society in Stanford, Kentucky. I have been designated to manage our websites. Joshua Bowen was the person who designed the previous sites (until your system crashed a few months ago). He was supposed to be rebuilding the site for our society. However, I cannot get him to call me or email me back. Therefore, the accounts need to be transferred to me, so that I can recreate the website. Our domain names are hosted by Go Daddy. Can you help me with this issue?

You’ve set up a new account at WordPress.com to ask this question but as the sites aren’t hosted here staff will have no access to them. You really need to persevere with your attempts to contact the person with access details to get sites and domains transferred to the appropriate person. I can’t see any content on the .com site and the .org site redirects to that same .com site. There is also an .org site with a slightly different address, again with virtually no content. The correct forum for sites using the WordPress.org software is: https://wordpress.org/support/
