  My website has been offline for a week. What’s going on please?

  Hello brianfultonbooks,

  DomainTools.com shows that the domain registrar Tucows.com is reporting that the domain has been suspended.

  If you registered the domain with Tucows, I recommend contacting the registrar directly. Knowing that Tucows has also been a domain vendor for WordPress.com sites, I will also flag your post for staff review.

  You are likely to see a staff follow up post, but I would not wait on it if you know you registered the domain directly with Tucows.

  The domain name was purchased at Siteground, and you should follow up there to renew. They will be able to support you to get the site back online!

  @drizzleblocks you can look up Tucows domain providers at http://www.tucowsdomains.com, hope that helps!
