Hi, I recently cancelled my subscription as a web designer is building a new site for me (through wordpress).
I am paid up until 3rd May however I notice my website is now off line?
Why is this?

It seems that your subscription was cancelled, and you received a refund for the payment made on April 3, 2024. As a result, you no longer have access to the Creator plan or its features from the date of cancellation. You can find more details about what happens when you downgrade from the Creator (formerly Business) plan to the free plan here: https://wordpress.com/support/manage-purchases/downgrade-your-plan/#downgrade-from-the-creator-or-entrepreneur-plan
If you need to maintain your plan until your new site is ready, I suggest purchasing a monthly Creator plan. This way, you can keep your website online until your new site is up and running.
Please keep in mind that the refund period for monthly plans is 7 days after purchase.
