  Hello I am doing a redesign for a clients website
  https://madebyworkshop.com

  Everythign worked fine untill today. I tried to log in in the backend to continue with the design but the website link is redirecting me to wordpress and i can not log in and also the website is offline…
  Please I need help

  Hi there!

  I’m not showing you as a member of that site, so I’m limited in what I can help you with, but I can get you pointed in the right direction to advise your client.

  Their Creator plan expired on July 15th. If a site’s Creator or Entrepreneur plan expires or it is renewed it too late, features like plugins and third-party themes are removed from your site. To fix this, your client needs to subscribe to the Creator plan and restore the site from a backup.

  Just so you’re aware, we only retain those backups for 30 days from the date of the plan expiration. Let us know if you have other questions!

  I have one more question: Will the backup restore the system to the state it was in on Sunday, 21.07.2024? Can we specify the exact point to which we want to restore, or how does that work exactly?

  So its for sure teh problem with the hosting plan expired and not anything else rigth?

  Yes, you can choose the date for the backup you want to restore. It’s outlined in this step of the link I gave you earlier: https://wordpress.com/support/restore-your-site-after-the-plan-expires/#step-2-restore-a-backup

  And yes, the site will not load as long as the plan is not in place. Again, they need to get that plan back soon so they don’t exceed the 30 day retention period for backups.
