Website Offline Despite Following Instructions – Need Assistance afte 72 Hours

Dear community,
I simply followed the steps as described, and it has been more than 72 hours now. Unfortunately, the website is still offline, and the entire forum lacks any instructions for what to do if it doesn’t work after 72 hours.

That’s the third person I’ve noticed being ignored and having issues with Jetpack and an offline website!

Would you look at that. The employees see these posts and are obviously ignoring them. Imagine your living was dependent on your website. You’d be in a world of trouble.

Hi there, while I see that your site foomanta.com is loading with your domain and a “coming soon” page, it also looks like you might need some help with the SSL certificate.

@xdevionx – It appears that your domain has DNSSEC enabled at your domain registrar. This prevents us from applying the SSL certificate to your domain.
Please log into your domain provider and disable this feature. Once done, kindly inform us so that we can manually apply the SSL certificate to your domain.

My site is gone, Jetpack doesn’t work, Hosting Configuration doesn’t work I can’t do anything, so I STILL require assistance and nobody is doing anything or communicating with me as to a resolution.
It is NOT the most effective way to receive help, NOBODY is helping me restore my site.
