Website offline throwing error message

Good afternoon,
Our website http://www.pacificsupportservices.co.uk is currently offline and won’t allow us to login or access it. When anyone attempts to visit our website it throws the error message ‘There has been a critical error on this website’
When we try and login using our direct login link it throws the error message ‘There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.’
We have tried logging into the WordPress website directly however it says that the email address is not registered to an account.
I have spoken to our server host and they have notified us that is not a server error and that it is a WordPress error directly. As it is not allowing us to login we have no access to try and disable any addons to see what the problem is.
Any help would be appreciated as we currently don’t have access to our website.

I can see your site is not hosted on WordPress.com and uses open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) and this forum is focused on sites hosted on WordPress.com.
