Website only displays when I am logged in.

  I can’t seem to get my site published. I have built many sites before but this is the first time I have had this problem.

  When I am logged into the site everything looks perfect. When I am logged out and go to the site it simple says, “A New WordPress Site, Coming Soon”.

  I have published a few pages of content and set my homepage to one of the published pages.

  The site acts like it is waiting for me to install a theme??

  Any ideas are appreciated.
