Website or not?

  I thought I paid for a website, but when I log in I get a blog site. If I spent £36 for a blog site, not a website, I want a refund. When I go to the domain name I thought I bought, it says it is linked to a WordPress site, but there is no way of logging in and I go round in circles. WordPress seem to make it impossible to contact them direct. How do I get my money back.
