My website orijin.nl is offline suddenly.
I am in the middle of a competition for funds and need to be able to show our work! What happened?
The domain is at Mijndomein.nl and the website I built myself on worpress, yet I am no IT tiger and find it hard to even understand where to look for help.
What can I do?

Hi there,
This is happening because the Business plan associated with that site expired. This caused the domain mapping for orijin.nl to stop working as well.
You probably weren’t notified of the expiration of the plan because it was owned by another administrator on that site (@gudrunfeldkamp).
To resolve this, they need to purchase a Business plan again and get in touch with us to help them restore the site.

I am trying to purchase a plan again. Except that the paid options available start at 25 dollar, monthly to be payed for a year in advance. 300,- dollar is a lot for a stating enterprise, I have no clients yet and won’t have any with a site that is on lockdown.
I would like to get a 4,- dollar plan that would enable my name orijin.nl again.
Please help me, as I wrote before, I am in a competition for a starter fund and an offline site is a disaster.

Are you trying to purchase a new Personal Plan under your account or under the account the Business Plan was connected to? Also, in addition to the Plan purchase, are you trying to restore orijin.nl? If so, please post in this thread under the account that orijin.nl is under and we’ll be able to further assist you with purchasing the proper plan.

You mentioned before that you’re interested in the Personal plan. To do that, we’ll need to revert the site to the state it was before uploading the first plugin or third-party theme.
This may cause the site to lose content added while it was using plugins. Is that okay with you? If there’s content you’d like to preserve, you should export it first as explained here:Once that is done, you’ll be able to create a free test site and import all the previous content, to make sure everything was properly copied:
If the content is all there, let us know and we’ll proceed with the revert which will allow you to purchase the plan you want :)

Hallo, I can’t see what plugins I have and what will seize to work.
What will remain of the lay-out? Of course i ewant to keep all the content. It took me more than half a year to create it with a lot of help from more technical and design minded friends. I would not want to lose it. Is there an easier solutution? It now seems i have to rebuilt my site from scratch following these instructions. All I want is do pay so I can have orijin.nl visible again.

Sorry if I wasn’t clear, you do not have to rebuild your staff from scratch, the idea of the test site was just so you could create a copy of all your content so that, if we restore your site and something is missing, you’ll be able to recover it from that test site. We can help you with that, if you’re okay with us creating a test site on your account.
As for your site’s design, you’re using one of the themes from our library so this will not change.
I also had a look at the plugins and there are mainly three that you may notice when they’re gone:The Organic Profile Block, the form builder and custom fonts. You can click on each to see what exactly you’ll be missing if you don’t remember what these plugins do.
Let us know what are your thoughts on this.
