WEBSITE OUT OF ORDER

Immediate help needed!
I’m the owner of a danceschool (Tanssitiimi, TKU,FIN) and my danceschool has had a WordPress- website for a few years now. A few days a go however the website suddenly stopped working. I can’t get to the website (137.74.113.55) on any device (laptop, cellphone, iPad) and keep getting the same answer from the server – ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT. It is essential for the danceschool to have a functioning website, especially NOW since it’s the prime season for signing up for the spring season! Can anyone help me to find out the reason for this error and on how to correct it? Even an address or a phone-connection for assistance would be of great use!

I’m afraid that, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with another company. I’d suggest you get in touch with your host directly.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
