Website overview at the top – scrollable

How do I get overview section like on this blog: http://foodpress.com/
I would love it to have my post all featured up there and be able so scroll across and choose the post that I want to read. Is this part of the theme? If so, what theme is it? Thanks!

You cannot. It’s a custom theme and WordPress.com is not sharing it with us. Also the image slider part is not available to us either.

The closet you can get is to use the Modularity Lite theme as it has a front page slideshow as a feature.
