  Hello, i provide services and need a website where people can book and select their appointments and pay for the services ONLINE. I would like to know if i need to pay for the business plan in order to get the templates that show the page with the services and book now.

  You’ll need the Business Plan for this, yes, along with a bookings plugin, like WooCommerce Bookings:

  A template/theme simply controls how your site looks, not how it works. Adding extra functionality, like a bookings feature or a payments integration, is done using a software add-on, called a plugin.
