  Hi, I am new to your portal. While putting my web address, i am not able to see my webpage. It says ‘Oops! That page can’t be found.
  It looks like nothing was found at this location. Maybe try a search?’
  Please resolve the issue.

  This is something you need to resolve. Either you need to publish the page you wish to display on the front of your site or you need to set the correct front page at “Design” “Customize” “Homepage settings”.
