    Hi,

    Does wordpress have its own online payment gateway that can connect to a business account directly without an ecommerce package from a bank?

    Can wordpress’ payment gateway process recurring payments and what is the procedure for this?

    Also where is WordPress’ contact us/support??

    We do not have a direct support email. Users without a paid plan will get support here in the free support forums, which you posted here from your account page.

    If you have a paid upgrade, you will have additional options like email (and live chat for Premium and higher plans) to get in touch with Support that you can access from your account.

    Since it sounds like you want an ecommerce website, you would need to upgrade to an eCommerce subscription which will give you WooCommerce and includes certain payment gateways in addition to other features that will help you get your online store started.
