I have owned the domain at BackPainReliefSecrets.com since around 2005. The site is a wordpress site and hosted by me. I recently came across a WP.com site that is using my content. That site is https://reliefcenterlouisville.wordpress.com/. How can I address this?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

http://backpainreliefsecrets.com/ is not hosted by wordpress.COM so we cannot help you.
WordPress.com Terms of Service Staff have authority to act only when copyright infringement on a site hosted by wordpress.com is in evidence and has been reported to them by way of a DMCA notice. https://en.support.wordpress.com/our-dmca-process/

I am sorry about the first sentence I posted above. Please ignore it. The rest of what I posted is correct.

Malton, I am sorry someone is currently using your content. If at all possible can you please link to the exact content that they are using on both sites. It can be a bit of a gray area at times when using others content. If they used it without permission, word for word, from your site, it is an issue. If they are using your ideas and reword it and link back to your site as the originator of the content, that is a little more acceptable but still can be a bit of a gray area. From a cursory look, they do link back to your site in some blog posts but I am not finding the matching information on your site. Granted it was a quick look through both sites.
For the time being I would contact the owner of the site and let them know that you do not give them permission to use the content and request that it be removed. I would give them a couple days to comply or come to an agreement with you. WordPress.com does have a TOS (Terms of Service) agreement with users of the site and they may be in violation of this but I have to delve deeper into it to be sure. If they do not comply with your request you may be able to have the site suspended for violating the TOS, but the first step is to contact them to see if they will remove the content. They do have a contact page as well as a phone number you can call if you choose to go this route.
Cheers,

@timethief You are correct. I am not staff and neither are you. I am giving advice in an open forum on how to address an issue of possible copyright that involves a WordPress.com site. I feel it is the best policy to contact someone first and see if they are willing to comply with that request. If they do not, then the complainant has the option to contact WordPress.com to have the issue addressed based on the TOS. I was not implying the content is a copyright infringement or not, I was simply giving friendly advice on how one might proceed, but I thank you for giving the proper links to address the users issue.
