  Hi @rachaelmellordance – All upgrades are payed for in full for the annual amount at the time of purchase. You will be charged the full 85. WordPress.com has a fantastic refund policy, so if you aren’t in love with your purchase you can request a refund within the refund guidelines. Let me know if you have any other questions.
