  Hai,

  During posting new articles, seen error text in address bar. But post permalink is correct.

  Original post-
  Eg:- http://techtopone.com/5-blоgging-tips-triсkѕ

  Error link seen when click on the post- http://techtopone.com/5-bl%d0%begging-tips-tri%d1%81k%d1%95/

  How to fix? Please help.

  http://techtopone.com/ is not hosted here at WordPress.Com. Questions regarding blogs hosted somewhere besides WordPress.Com are better asked at https://wordpress.org/support/ They have the expertise to help you

  It is easy to be confused by this. The WordPress software is written and maintained by the WordPress.org community, and is the blogging software that is used by over 25% of the web! Because of their commitment to Open Source code, ease of use, and popularity, WordPress software is installed by many hosting providers for use by their subscribers.
  Automattic owns the hosting service known to us as WordPress.com.
  BUT the software that you are using on your self hosted blog has no real connection with WordPress.com, beyond the name. They don’t talk to each other (even though they are on good terms).
