Hi there,
That site is not hosted on WordPress.com, and your admin login for that site is not the same as your login details for your WordPress.com account. The username and password for that site’s admin account is stored directly in your site database on your hosting provider’s servers, and it uses a completely separate login system from your WordPress.com account.
You should have received the login details for that admin account when you created the site at your hosting provider, but if you don’t have those you can see the password reset instructions for your version of WordPress at https://codex.wordpress.org/Resetting_Your_Password
For more help with this, please post in https://wordpress.org/support/ or contact your hosting provider instead.
That said, if you only want to keep track of one login there is a way to use your WordPress.com account to log into that site: It looks like you already have that site connected here via Jetpack, so you’re halfway there already. Next go to My Site ->Settings ->Security here on WordPress.com and activate the option to Allow Sign-in using WordPress.com Accounts.
Once you do that, you should see a Log in with WordPress.com button when you try to access the site’s admin dashboard. Once in, you should then be able to update your password for that admin account (not your WordPress.com account) from the Users section in that dashboard.
