Website Problems

    My website was built using WordPress and is hosted by Ipower. It has always worked for the past 12 years. Last Saturday I updated my wordpress to the newest wordpress version. Now my website will not come up at all. It has a list of languages and when I click on English (U.S.) it brings up a form from wordpress called the famous 5 minute wordpress installation.

    You are using the self-hosted version of the WordPress, rather than the WordPress.com, please post the inquiries about issues regarding the open-source WordPress on the WordPress.org forum: https://wordpress.org/support/

    In addition, see the post about differences between .com and the .org versions of WordPress: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

    Before you do that, I suggest that you contact your hosting company and ask them if they have a backup of your website.
    If they do, please upload the backed up wp-config.php file into the root of your website, because according to your description, it seems to me that the wp-config.php file was deleted when the WordPress was updated.
