Website Product page broken

  Hi, I’m not sure if you can help me, but I purchased a plugin ‘YITH Woocommerce SMS Notifications’ and deleted it because it wasn’t what I needed. However, after deleting the plugin I noticed when I go to any product page to update the product or even to create a new product I can’t add any information. It just shows me big blank white area.

  I don’t know how i can fix this and what have possibly caused this. Is this something you can help me with? sadly, the latest backup I have is from a couple of months ago.
