Website purchase settings

Hi, I am having problems changing the subscription of a WordPress site of the company I work for.
I am an administrator user but I can’t find any settings regarding subscriptions or the option to delete the site.
Following the ‘Changing renewal settings’ in your support sections, I navigate to my own profile, under ‘Manage Purchases’, but no website are shown there.
It’s seems that my own account and the one I use to log in to the WP-admin of the company’s website are not the same. Even thoug email and pw are identical. -

Correct. The instructions assume you are signing in to the account that owns the upgrade.
Let’s see if we can get you in to the right one. I can’t give out any account credentials but can help to try and find the username (public facing detail) or send a note via email to the owner.
Please let me know the site address in question and we will get started.

If you could give me the username of the owner I can then contact that person and transfer the ownership right?

That domain is not connected to WordPress.com. It’s probably using the WordPress installation as I can see it’s pointed towards Google.
What happens at WordPress.com is different from using the WordPress installation. See here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
