We offer support via live chat or email. We currently don’t have phone support, as our everyday conversations with WordPress.com users require frequent reference to web links, and chat and email make the process a lot easier.
The free plan has support through forums. The Starter plan has email support and Explorer or higher plans have real-time live chat support. You can read more about all of these here:
