Website randomly goes ‘missing’

  Hi, our website seems to be randomly disappearing and reappearing in WordPress. Sometimes when I log in, the site is gone and I see a message saying that I do not have any sites yet. Trying to connect to the website then also displays an error message. At other times, everything works normally. What could be causing this?

  Looking at your account, I see that you don’t have any sites listed. Are you perhaps logging into the incorrect account?

  If you could please share your site URL, that would be helpful.
