Website Re-Purchased eCom Plan but dashboard still says we’re on free plan

  Hi,

  I lost all my website’s formatting when my eCom plan expired a couple of days ago.

  I was told by one of your reps to re-purchase the plan and afterwards they’ll restore the original formatting.

  Now we have re-purchased the ecom plan but now it still says we’re on the free plan and nothing has been restored.

  How do I go about this?
