    Hi there,

lakehomehelp.com is the address of your site with Namecheap Hosting yes? You are trying to migrate your site so you control it under your WordPress.com account instead?

We are not able to help with the site while it is hosted elsewhere (our support tools do not reach that far) so we are not able to assist you with accessing the site. Do you have access to the hosting account at Namecheap?  As long as you have direct access to the host, it is always possible to regain access to your self-hosted WordPress site. This WordPress.org support article will walk you through it: https://wordpress.org/support/article/resetting-your-password/

You can contact Namecheap staff and they may be able to assist you with the steps in the article above so you can regain access to the site. Once you have access you can let us know and we can walk you through your options to move the site so it’s under your full control here on our WordPress.com managed hosting.

    Thanks!
