    Hi there,
When a WordPress.com plan expires, the website doesn’t get deleted immediately — it simply becomes inactive and certain features (including access to the domain) get hidden from your dashboard.

    Here’s what normally happens:
    1. Your site content is usually still stored: WordPress.com keeps your website data for a while even after the plan expires.
So in most cases, the pages, posts, design, and settings can be restored

.2. Your domain becomes inactive: If the domain was purchased through WordPress.com, it goes into a grace period.
Once you renew your plan or repurchase the domain, it should reappear in your dashboard.

    3. Restoring your website: The simple way to get your website back is:

    • Log into your WordPress.com account
    • Go to Purchases → Renew
    • Renew the same plan you had before

Once the plan is active again, your website and design should automatically restore.
    4. If you can’t see the website at all: It may be linked to a different login email.
Try checking any alternate emails you might have used.

If you still can’t locate it, you may need to share your site address (if you remember it) and I can guide you on the next step.
