Website Redirected – Possibly Hacked
-
My website appears to be hacked. It’s redirecting to another website called import traffic.com, with some obvious malware, which is asking to allow notifications in a fake capacha. The website itself is all out of order, with just text and visuals missing. I also can’t log into my WordPress account to get support, as it says my username doesn’t exist, so I had to make a new account to post this. Thank you!

Hi there,
What is the address of the site you need help with? http://sample241193450.wordpress.com/ was created two hours ago, along with the account you’re using to post here.
I also can’t log into my WordPress account to get support, as it says my username doesn’t exist
This is likely because you’re site is a stand-alone WordPress site hosted at another provider, which has no connection whatsoever to WordPress.com. In that case you’d be using the open source WordPress software found on WordPress.org, which is something completely different from WordPress.com.
You can find that software’s documentation on how to deal with a hacked site here:
https://wordpress.org/support/article/faq-my-site-was-hacked/
Please contact your hosting provider directly for more help in that case.
