I am writing to you to request a refund for my recent purchase of a 1 year membership to WordPress. Unfortunately, I missed the 14-day refund window and was unable to apply within the time frame. However, after further consideration, I have realized that a 1-year membership does not align with my current needs and usage of the platform.
I initially subscribed with the intention of exploring WordPress.com for my website needs. However, upon using the platform, I found that it does not effectively meet the specific requirements I have for my projects. Therefore, continuing the membership for a full year would not be efficient or beneficial to me.
Given these circumstances, I kindly request a refund of the membership fee. I understand that I missed the standard 14-day refund policy timeframe, but I hope you can make an exception in this case due to the aforementioned reasons.

There is no way round, but there is no refund possible one you passed over de time frame limit.
Instead you could tell us what the specific requirements you have for your projects are, so we can see how they can be realized.
