Website Refund/Cancellation

  I’m trying to get a refund for my website but it won’t let me do it! I purchased it by a mistake and now it won’t let me cancel it!! Not happy!!

  Go to your Purchases page and follow these steps to cancel your upgrade and get a refund:
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/

  If you’re still having trouble, add the tag modlook to the right sidebar of this topic to notify the Support staff. They’ll help you out.

  Your plan and domain (juliecollins.co.uk) was cancelled and refunded in full on 12-Apr-2017. You can view, print or email yourself a copy of the refund receipt from your Billing History here:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

  Refunds usually take about a week to process and show up on your statement — although international refunds (outside the US) can take a little longer.
