website refunds

    I cancelled my two domains and was then charged for them. I need to be refunded for them but don’t know who to get in contact with in order to make that happen.

    Hi @haileykilgoes, it looks like these were actually cancelled after renewal. I can process a refund for you, just note you would not be able to get the domain back anytime soon without paying for it again.
