Website release

    I purchased a domain on GoDaddy and then linked it to WP to create a website.
    However, WP does not have all the functionalities that I need so I decided to move to another website builder.

    The issue now is that I’m not able to connect my domain to the new website builder because it says that its being used somewhere else.

    Keep in mind, the website went live through WP for few hours or so.

    Do you know if WP is still holding onto my domain? How does it take them to release it?

    Hi there!

    Thanks for reaching out. Taking a look now, it doesn’t seem like the domain nibdigital.com is connected to WordPress.com any longer, so it shouldn’t be loading any of the site content you’ve created with us.

    Have you already changed the domain nameservers to point to your new site host? If so, how long ago did you change that?
