Website Removed and No Back Up from Host TSOhost

    My website has been removed without my knowledge – doggygowalkies.co.uk and have reported and escalated further but unfortunately I have exhausted all options and the host have stated that there is no way the website can be restored. I am hoping you can help as the website was developed using WordPress – is there anyway you would have kept a copy on your server? If not, any other suggestions? You help gratefully appreciated.

    Hi there!

    To clear up any further confusion, there is WordPress.com and WordPress.org, and they are two different entities.

    We, WordPress.com, are a cloud-based platform where we manage WordPress sites, whereas WordPress.org is stand-alone software that you can download and self-host with any other hosting.

    That said, we have nothing to do with your site hosted on TSOHost as it was not stored on our servers. Sorry for not having better news.
