Website Renewal

  Hi,
  It seems the website for my church expired, but I didn’t get any email notification even though I thought it was set up to automatically renew on my credit card. Now, when I went in to try to renew it, I don’t see it as an option. What happened? How can I renew it?

  And, the URL starting with http:// of the exact site referred to is________________? We cannot even begin to help until you post it.

  Are you sure you are logged in as Admin under the exact smae username account that registered the site https://en.forums.wordpress.com/profile/laceycommunitychurch and purchased the upgrade for it?

  Organizations,companies and/or groups of any kind do not own blogs. Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner and it is the person with the WordPress.COM username account, who registered the blog under that username account and their associated email address and purchased any upgrades.

  The blog’s owner must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog and purchased upgrades to renew them or to update credit card information, or to transfer the blogs and the upgrades to another username account.

  Hi @ulleryme, this domain was indeed bought using a different account — which explains why you didn’t see the emails. Can you log into that account?
